While working as an actress, stand-up comedienne, radio personality and live show promoter. In January 2022 Niki left her post as President of a luxury affordable housing management firm to launch an interview series called “Cracking The CEO Code,” wherein she will spend the next 12 months conducting 100 interviews of dynamic leaders of all types.

In 2010 Niki founded the high-profile Production Agency – Just Jokes USA, which spotlights (via film, television, and radio) some of the brightest comedic talent from all over the country. Recognized for her dynamic ability to harness and market talent of all type, she was hired to head up the East Coast PR and Marketing Division of The Los Angeles based Comedy Act Planet, LLC (formerly Comedy Act Theater Chain).

Through her digital media brand, Just Digital Solutions, Niki manages and monetizes the digital platforms for a very impressive array of social influencers, celebrities and other industry associations.
